It's that time of year again we must remind everyone that fireworks are PROHIBITED in The Village.
We have received numerous complaints in regards to the lighting of fireworks. It goes without saying that fireworks and droughts do not go well together. We realize people are excited to celebrate the holiday, but public safety has to come first. Violations will be strictly enforced, anyone found in violation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fines will be assessed.

We are asking our residents to please contact the village if you have a specific address in which these fireworks are being ignited.
